Senior System Security Architect

About the role

Join NXP’s Competence Center for Crypto & Security to shape the security architecture of next‑generation industrial solutions. You will drive end‑to‑end security analysis and translate regulatory requirements into robust designs for a global portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive security analysis across NXP products, focusing on features, interactions and interfaces.
• Translate regulatory and certification requirements into future‑proof security designs.
• Evaluate cost‑benefit trade‑offs of security mechanisms and communicate architectural choices to customers.
• Stay ahead of disruptive trends such as AI/ML and assess their impact on semiconductor security.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
• Solid experience designing or developing secure embedded systems or complete solutions.
• Experience with robotics, e‑mobility, home automation or healthcare solutions is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex architectural ideas to diverse stakeholders.
