Senior Product Designer – Securities & Commodities

About the role

Bitpanda is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of its securities and commodities trading products. You will translate complex, data‑heavy financial mechanics into intuitive, low‑friction journeys for both novice and experienced investors across web and mobile.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end trading and investment interfaces for TradFi and real‑world asset products on mobile and web, aiming to boost engagement and monetisation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and behavioural analysis to identify funnel bottlenecks and validate product hypotheses.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk and Legal to ensure compliant, feasible feature implementations and influence the product roadmap.
• Contribute to a scalable design system, maintaining high‑quality, consistent touchpoints across all investment areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing complex fintech, brokerage or wealth‑management platforms.
• Strong empathy for users and ability to communicate design decisions to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Track record of thriving in fast‑moving, highly regulated environments.

Required skills

• Figma for UI design and rapid prototyping.
• Interaction design and design system architecture.
• User research, usability testing and behavioural analysis.
• Behavioural analytics, A/B testing and funnel metric optimisation.
