Product Manager Coffee

About the role

Constantia Flexibles is looking for a Product Manager Coffee to join its team in Weinburg, Austria. The role suits people who enjoy managing product life cycles, driving sustainable innovations and optimising product portfolios. The position starts as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product life cycle of the assigned product group, from conception to market launch and beyond.
• Develop and implement sustainable product innovations that meet market demands and environmental standards.
• Continuously optimise the product portfolio so it meets customer needs and market trends.
• Act as the main interface between customers, production and sales, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Translate customer ideas and specifications into actionable plans and high-quality products.

Required profile

• Technical education or hands-on experience in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Proven experience managing projects effectively.
• Strong interest in the packaging industry and a passion for sustainability.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork experience and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customers.
