About the role

Join AUSTRIA JUICE in Kroellendorf as a Product Data & Food Law Professional. You will ensure that raw materials and new beverage products comply with food law regulations while maintaining accurate product data.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and approve raw material data with food law considerations.
• Maintain and approve new product developments (beverages and flavors) respecting food law.
• Create, review, and edit product documents such as sample information, specifications, and declaration recommendations.
• Enter and update product data in SAP.
• Handle product‑related, food‑law, internal and external inquiries.

Required profile

• Completed commercial training (HLW/HBLA) or studies in the food sector.
• Strong interest in food law; initial experience is an advantage.
• Accurate, structured, independent working style with strong analytical thinking.
• Team player who enjoys working with digital databases.
• Good written and spoken German and English.
