Principal Customer Success Specialist – DACH

About the role

Medtronic’s Digital Technologies Business Unit is seeking a Principal Customer Success Specialist for the DACH region to lead implementation projects for the Touch Surgery ecosystem across major hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Project‑manage multiple full‑cycle implementations, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Engage clinical and administrative stakeholders, delivering kickoff and training sessions and providing Go‑Live support in operating rooms.
• Test, install, and configure hardware and network solutions in live OR environments.
• Partner with sales on pre‑sales activities, including IT, privacy and cybersecurity reviews.
• Monitor post‑Go‑Live account health, driving adoption and mitigating risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in hospital operating rooms or related clinical, technology, consultancy, or medical‑device roles.
• Strong project‑management skills with experience using project‑management tools.
• Fluent in German and English, able to travel 25‑75% across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
