Phone Support Associate – DACH Region

About the role

Join Bitpanda’s newly created Operations division as a Phone Support Associate for the DACH market. You will deliver world‑class assistance to millions of users, primarily via phone, while helping shape the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support through phone, tickets and live chat, driving user satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate daily with your manager and team to meet performance targets.
• Analyse user feedback to surface product improvement ideas and share insights with internal teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline support operations.
• Work with other departments to boost Net Promoter Score (NPS) and overall customer happiness.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (C2) and comfortable communicating in English (B2+).
• Experience in phone‑based customer support is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and work shift schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Interest in fintech, crypto or financial markets is beneficial.
