Partner Success & Innovation Associate/Manager

About the role

Plug and Play is building a new office in Linz to connect corporate partners with startups across advanced manufacturing, construction, logistics and AI. As a Partner Success & Innovation Associate/Manager you will act as the strategic bridge between leading corporations and our global innovation ecosystem, driving adoption, renewals and new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders in partner organisations and develop engagement plans aligned with their business goals.
• Identify and create additional value for partners by connecting them with relevant startups, corporates and industry experts.
• Spot business development, licensing and strategic investment opportunities within the Plug and Play ecosystem.
• Prepare partnership reports, host regular sync calls and manage ad‑hoc projects as required.
• Advise partners on innovation topics, pilot‑project best practices and facilitate workshops for executives.
• Help shape the new Linz office, establish regional networks and promote the centre within the Upper Austrian ecosystem.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation or Entrepreneurship.
• 2+ years experience in innovation management, account management, advisory or strategy consulting.
• Native‑level German (or C1) and excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills with the ability to work with senior management.
• Willingness to relocate to Linz and hold a full‑time work permit for Austria.
