Maintenance Technician – Green Cube Vienna

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, solution‑oriented Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at Green Cube Vienna, a new studio‑house development. The role ensures smooth, safe, and efficient property performance for both short‑stay guests and long‑term residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general repairs (carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, furniture fixes) and minor electrical work.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of rooms, equipment, and building systems.
• Monitor and maintain building systems such as locks, access control, fire safety, HVAC basics, and Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
• Manage maintenance tickets, document repairs, and report recurring issues.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and inventory; support ordering and stock control.
• Respond promptly to guest and resident maintenance requests, minimizing disruption.
• Ensure compliance with Austrian safety regulations and company SOPs, supporting audits when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance, handyman work, or hospitality engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving and hands‑on mindset.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Fluent English; German preferred.
