Key Lead – ATRIO, Hollister

About the role

The Key Lead ensures every customer receives a quality in‑store experience by supervising the floor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through sales and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and operate POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions, protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Represent the brand, exemplify company culture and values, and work a flexible schedule of at least 20 hours per week, including Saturdays and holidays.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Fluency in English and German (CEFR B2).
• Strong customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• POS (point‑of‑sale) system operation.
• OMNI channel order processing.
• Visual merchandising.
• Inventory control procedures.
