Key Account Manager Oncology – Northern Austria Region

About the role

The Key Account Manager Oncology will serve as the primary link between Janssen and healthcare professionals in the Northern Austria region, promoting optimal use of oncology products through in‑label promotion and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as main contact for HCPs, building long‑term partnerships and delivering best‑in‑class interactions.
• Develop and execute stakeholder outreach plans in collaboration with medical and commercial teams.
• Monitor product and market developments, providing insights and analysis via the iConnect CRM system.
• Organise scientific events, coordinate internal communications, and ensure compliance with legal and company regulations.

Required profile

• Strong account management and business acumen with a deep therapeutic understanding of oncology/hematology.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, able to engage both individual and group audiences.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to think creatively.
• Commitment to ethical standards, responsible AI practices, and J&J Credo.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools and prompt engineering for workflow efficiency.
• Experience using CRM systems (iConnect) for documentation and analysis.
• Ability to leverage digital communication channels for stakeholder engagement.
