Flexible CNC Turner/Miller – 27h/week, night shifts, bonus

About the role

Join Anton Paar’s mechanical production department in Graz as a CNC turner or miller. The position offers a unique weekend‑focused schedule that gives you more free time during the week while working on precision parts.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, prepare and operate modern CNC turning and milling machines.
• Produce individual components and series according to production drawings and specifications.
• Monitor manufacturing processes, identify optimisation potential and ensure quality control.
• Document measurement results and independently troubleshoot machine and automation issues.

Required profile

• Completed training as a metal technician (f/m/x), preferably with a focus on machining technology.
• Professional experience with CNC turning and/or milling machines.
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring tools.
• Strong quality awareness, sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Good command of German.
