Energy Partner Service Engineer

About the role

Huawei is looking for an Energy Partner Service Engineer in Vienna. The role works with installers and service partners to build their capabilities, supports customers' technical issues through the technical support team, and builds and manages the service partner system, including training, certification and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Work with installers to develop their capabilities, visit them regularly, set joint improvement plans based on Huawei's and partners' targets, analyse weaknesses, collect feedback and track closure
• Support customers' technical issues within the technical support team and pass on the related technical capabilities
• Build and expand the service partner system, learn best practices, adapt partner policies, organise certification, renewal and upgrades/downgrades
• Create installer capability improvement and training maps based on business gaps and future plans, and deliver services regularly
• Manage partner performance and incentives, and ensure quality, security, service consistency, cybersecurity, privacy and compliance of partner businesses

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (2025/2026/2027) with a technical university degree (electrical, power, electronics, etc.)
• Fluent English and German
• Ability to cooperate with people from different cultures and good customer communication skills
• Willingness to travel and to learn about renewable energy
• Eligible to work and live in Vienna; 100% onsite work required
• Customer service experience and renewable energy or power system experience are a plus

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel and Word
