About the role

The EAGLE Recruitment Consultant will support the development and implementation of the candidate screening and selection process for the Skills Mobility Partnership “EAGLE” between Austria and Egypt. Working from Vienna, the consultant will ensure that Austrian labour‑market requirements and employer expectations are fully integrated into the selection framework.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine the EAGLE candidate selection framework in collaboration with IOM Austria, IOM Egypt and Career180.
• Align selection criteria with Austrian Red‑White‑Red Card eligibility and private‑sector hiring needs.
• Develop and advise on employer outreach and engagement strategies to secure Austrian hiring commitments.
• Identify and qualify Austrian companies interested in employing EAGLE graduates.
• Provide recommendations on technical, language and soft‑skill assessment tools.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR consulting, preferably in international mobility projects.
• Strong understanding of Austrian labour‑market regulations and employer expectations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across Austria and Egypt.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
