E-Commerce Manager – Drive Online Growth

About the role

As an E‑Commerce Manager at waterdrop®, you will own the performance of a dedicated online market, driving sales and profitability while ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to launch products, run marketing campaigns, and continuously optimise the digital funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of daily e‑commerce operations and meet performance targets.
• Track, analyse and report sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation.
• Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to refine strategies.
• Conduct regular site checks, resolve technical issues and ensure accurate product information.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven e‑commerce management experience with measurable growth.
• Fluent English; additional German, French or other European language is a strong plus.
• Analytically driven with experience using analytics tools.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
