About the role
As a Consulting Intern at Oliver Wyman in Vienna, you will become a fully integrated member of a project team from day one, working on real business challenges alongside experienced consultants and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research, analysis, and problem‑solving to develop client recommendations and deliverables.
- Participate in team discussions and client interactions, gaining hands‑on consulting experience.
- Receive coaching, mentorship, and feedback while collaborating across industries and capabilities.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduating within the next year.
- Strong academic performance, intellectual curiosity, and prior internships in consulting‑relevant environments.
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, adaptability, analytical mindset, and leadership experience.
- Business fluency in German and English.
