Key responsibilities

• Independent setup and operation of modern CNC lathes and manufacturing of precision parts according to drawing specifications and inspection requirements.
• Machine setup based on technical drawings and independent execution of tooling and setup activities.
• Ongoing quality inspection of products and documentation of all completed work.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, product quality, and environmental management requirements.

Required profile

• Completed training in a metalworking profession, preferably an apprenticeship certificate in machining technology.
• Several years of professional experience as a CNC lathe operator in a metalworking company.
• Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong quality awareness, highly precise working style, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
• Very good German language skills.
• Openness to flexible working time models.
