Claims Handler (w/m/d) – Motor Insurance Claims

About the role

Ayvens, a provider of full-service car leasing, subscription services, fleet management and multi-mobility solutions, is looking for a claims handler in Vienna. You will be the first point of contact for customers and partners in Switzerland, working closely with insurance partners.

Key responsibilities

• Handle claim documents and act as the interface with insurance partners
• Review and check cost estimates for repairs to accident damage
• Handle breakdown cases in Austria and abroad together with the assistance partner, keeping customers mobile
• Control and post invoices
• Settle outstanding payments with insurers

Required profile

• Recent graduate or someone with some initial professional experience
• Ideal background in the motor vehicle or insurance sector
• Very good German, good English and French, spoken and written
• Structured, solution-oriented and a team player

Required skills

• Good computer skills, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook

What we offer

• Minimum gross salary of EUR 2,450 per month, depending on qualification and experience, with willingness to pay more
