Business Development & Marketing Internship

About the role

Join CycloTech, a start‑up technology company developing sustainable eVTOL propulsion solutions, as a Business Development & Marketing Intern. You will support market research, business case analysis, and marketing activities to help launch innovative aviation products.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to business development topics and support sales process development.
• Conduct comprehensive market research on applications, requirements, geographic locations and key market participants.
• Support business case analyses, quantifying operational workflows through field research, expert interviews, customer discovery and industry reports.
• Build market sizing analyses including Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM) and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM).
• Assist in preparing strategic recommendations for market entry.
• Support the development and execution of marketing activities that strengthen market presence and commercial growth.
• Develop personas and target‑group definitions for sales and business‑development campaigns.
• Support the creation of marketing content, storytelling, website and social‑media materials, and presentations.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, economics, aerospace engineering or innovation management.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Interest in aviation, Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) or emerging aerospace technologies.
• Ability to independently conduct market and competitor research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Self‑driven, curious and comfortable working in a dynamic start‑up environment.
