Account Manager – Western Balkans (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to lead our polymer business across the Western Balkans. You will act as the main point of contact for key customers, develop new opportunities and help turn market insights into profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and grow assigned key accounts.
• Develop and expand business activities throughout the Western Balkans.
• Monitor market trends, prepare regular market reports for internal sales teams.
• Create, track and manage offers using our CRM system.
• Support the sales manager in shaping customer strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing on data analysis, campaigns and customer‑retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Completed technical or commercial education.
• Several years of experience in polymer sales, preferably PE, PP and PS.
• Fluent in English and Croatian; additional Balkan language is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Independent, reliable and results‑oriented working style.

Required skills

• Very good MS Office skills.
