Sales Manager - Austria

About the role

Emirates, a globally award‑winning airline, is seeking a Sales Manager for its Austrian operations. Based in Vienna, you will work closely with the Country Manager to shape and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Country Manager in developing and implementing commercial strategies aligned with the Sales and Marketing Plan.
• Lead, coach and develop the local sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities, and recommend actions to protect market share.
• Negotiate, implement and administer account incentive agreements in line with company policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel industry stakeholders and agency leaders, representing Emirates at events.
• Prepare and present monthly and annual sales and marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure product USPs, promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives are effectively communicated to maximise market impact.

Required profile

• Proven commercial sales leader with significant experience in the travel and tourism sector.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret market data and trends.
