Chef de Rang – Front‑of‑House Team Lead

About the role

The Chef de Rang leads the evening shift in the restaurant of the 25hours Hotel, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. You will coordinate your station, maintain high standards of service and cuisine, and inspire your team to create memorable "wow" moments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain smooth operations at your station, keeping tables clean and workspaces organized even during peak times.
• Uphold the restaurant’s high culinary standards and support colleagues in delivering exceptional service.
• Lead the evening shift, monitoring the flow of service and ensuring a seamless dinner experience.
• Actively contribute to the training and development of team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to guarantee consistent quality and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Completed hospitality training or relevant initial industry experience.
• Enjoy working with people and making guests feel at home.
• Passionate about great food, drinks and discovering new concepts.
• Bring a strong character and unique personality to the team.
