Treasury ALM Expert

About the role

As a Treasury ALM Expert you will run the day‑to‑day engine of a multi‑entity treasury function that spans traditional finance and digital assets, managing liquidity and balance‑sheet operations across 12+ fiat currencies and 700+ crypto assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage duration and liquidity mismatches across traditional and crypto markets, monitor the IRRBB framework and conduct stress‑tests.
• Monitor live crypto risk incidents, measure real‑time exposures and take corrective actions on long and short positions.
• Deliver strategic proposals to the Financial Risk Forum on investments, ALM netting and MMF allocations, supporting prudential reporting.
• Drive treasury framework optimisations, refine analytical models and act as a subject‑matter expert with internal stakeholders.
• Own data quality for treasury and ALM reporting, ensure reconciliation across source systems and improve semi‑manual data ingestion processes.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on corporate treasury or financial institution experience managing complex ALM structures.
• Fluency operating in both traditional finance (SWIFT, SEPA, pooling) and digital‑asset markets (stablecoins, crypto).
• Strong knowledge of multi‑entity regulatory frameworks such as MiCAR, EMI and MiFID II.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems, banking APIs and blockchain analytics.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
