Senior Associate/Manager – Transfer Pricing

About the role

Join PwC's Transfer Pricing team in Vienna as a Senior Associate or Manager. You will work on international projects, helping multinational clients design and implement transfer pricing strategies that align with global tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in international transfer pricing engagements, including strategy development, documentation, and benchmark studies.
• Support clients in transforming value chains through transfer pricing planning and implementation.
• Conduct client workshops to assess transfer pricing risks and design appropriate systems.
• Provide direct assistance during tax audits, appeals, and mutual agreement procedures, developing robust defense strategies.
• Carry out research activities, author articles for specialist journals, and deliver internal and external presentations.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, law, or linguistics (English focus); tax consultant exam in progress is a plus.
• Several years of experience in transfer pricing or related tax advisory.
• Strong knowledge of national and international tax law and interest in cross‑border business issues.
• Excellent English and basic German language skills.
• Analytical mindset, high initiative, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
