Sales Advisor – Vienna

About the role

The Sales Advisor at BOGGI Milano builds strong relationships with clients and translates the brand’s vision and commercial objectives into tangible results every day. You will work closely with the Store Manager and the team to achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the sales targets defined by the Store Manager.
• Work in synergy with colleagues, supporting the team and contributing to a climate of mutual trust.
• Maintain a positive, balanced and constructive approach, even in high‑pressure situations.
• Welcome, engage and build relationships with clients using a consultative sales approach.
• Turn analysis of key KPIs into concrete corrective actions to improve store performance.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences through storytelling, product knowledge and tailored sales approach.
• Manage time and daily priorities effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of sales experience in the premium fashion/menswear sector.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
