German‑Speaking Online Ads Account Manager – Barcelona (Relocation Bonus)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Online Ads Account Manager to shape digital strategies for leading European companies. Based in Barcelona, you will combine marketing expertise with client‑management skills to design and optimise impactful Google Ads campaigns for our Benelux portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and manage a portfolio of Benelux clients, building strong relationships and driving product adoption.
• Develop strategic, results‑driven PPC campaigns to maximise ROI and long‑term performance.
• Upsell and optimise client campaigns, increasing spend and engagement.
• Analyse market trends, customer objectives and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
• Handle outbound calls daily, identify client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data‑privacy regulations.

Required profile

• German language proficiency at C2 level and English at B2‑C1 level.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing or account management, preferably client‑facing.
• Strong understanding of the European market and cultural nuances.
• Proactive, target‑driven and confident in delivering presentations and building relationships.
