Senior Specialist, Customer Success (German & English speaking)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Specialist in Customer Success who is fluent in German and English. The role focuses on helping priority customers and market segments achieve better outcomes through effective use of Mastercard Services and Network products.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of strategic priorities for the region.
• Engage with customers to assess solution viability, understand cyber‑threats in the financial sector, and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Managers and delivery teams.
• Drive three core areas: customer engagement, business growth, and technical/program readiness.
• Generate qualified leads for value expansion and provide feedback for product and process improvements.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in customer success or related fields.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and drive customer‑centric outcomes.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, cyber security concerns and network services.
